EPC launches new Strategic Business Plan 2024-2027: Embracing Value Based Health Care

We're excited to announce the launch of our EPC Strategic Business Plan – Embracing Value Based Health Care. Over the past six months, we’ve consulted our clinicians, staff, consumers, volunteers, Committee of Management, and external stakeholders to design a plan to guide the next three years at EPC. The focus of our services will continue to be delivering high quality support to clients and families in their homes. Our strategy will modernise the organisation and ensure that we provide targeted services that provide value for the community.
