EPC Biography Journal

EPC has a range of biography tools to help clients living in an aged care facility to tell their story. The tools are free of charge for EPC clients. We have developed these tools because we know that storytelling is a great way to reminisce, validate achievements and think about life’s meaning. It can also be used to pass on important knowledge, such as family history, and personal messages. 

Clients can work independently on their story, or family members and friends can enjoy time spent together in helping their loved one to create a biography, with guidance from the tools. Research has shown that working on writing a biography can improve quality of life and offer a sense of connection, purpose and achievement.
