EPC’s Cloud Nine program offers the services of a qualified volunteer hairdresser to come to your home.

One of our friendly hairdressers will arrange a suitable time for your haircut and/or blow wave. All you need to do is have clean towels ready and have your hair washed either on the day of your hairdresser’s arrival, or the day before.

This service is limited to EPC clients only (not carers) and is offered free of charge by a small team of dedicated volunteers who are qualified hairdressers.

How the program works:

• Our volunteer hairdresser comes to you
• Services available: haircuts and blow waves
• No shaving, colouring, rollers or perms
• Available during business hours only
• You need to be able to sit up
• One visit only

Our nurses tell us that this is something our clients often wish they could access, to help them look and feel good about themselves and feel ‘normal’ at a time when all else is not ‘normal’.

All our services are free to clients and we’re a non-profit.
